My and the wife got new phones this weekend. The battery in hers wouldn’t stay charged for more than a couple hours so we have been talking about buying her one for a while. Then my phone, well after falling off the fourth floor railing there wasn’t much left of it. So seeing I had no phone at all and she needed one we decided to buy matching ones at the same time.
She wanted the pink Motorola RAZR, which isn’t a bad phone but not much of a pink fan myself I opted for the black.
The phone doesn’t come with as much special things as my last phone, but its about half the size so that makes up for it in my opinion. It does come with an MP3 player and camera plus some other small bells and whistles but nothing special. The one thing that I really like is the software you can download from thier website. Let me put it this way, when I installed it I got this message.
It imports all my contacts, schedule, to-do list, and everything else from Microsoft Outlook. Plus it gives me the option to save all my text messages incoming and outgoing. The MP3 is a different program called Melon, which if you watch Korean TV you have seen the commercial for it. Its all in Korean so its going to take some time to figure out, but with my wifes help I should be able to get some MP3’s I want on it.
In order to download anything from either of the sites, including the phone software, you need to create an account. Which in Korea means you have to use your “Secret Number” which is the equalivant to the U.S.’s Social Security number. So if your in Korea and already have a RAZR phone or are thinking about getting one, you might want this software. It comes with all the cables and everything else with the phone, but if you don’t have a Korean “Secret number” which odds are you don’t download the software here.
