I don’t know what has happened since I have been working in the office but now being back on line for this field problem I have been forced to deal with soldiers once again. Before I had maybe a couple of minor issues but nothing severe. Now I have written more counseling in only these past three weeks than I have the rest of my career combined. I have had soldiers tell me off when I have given them an order, have others that just don’t want to come to work, and two that live together that are fighting like little kids.
I am beginning to think that this promotion isn’t so much worth it any more. I can see how some NCO’s get out after a while.
